Clarus Victoria respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect on the clarusvictoria.com website and in our studio's games, how we use it, and what rights you have as a user.
What data we collect
- Website analytics: anonymous visit statistics. We use Umami — an open-source analytics system hosted on our own server. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
- Game diagnostics: technical information about crashes and errors (device type, OS version, game version), automatically collected by Unity Diagnostics.
- Email subscription: the email address you voluntarily provide through the subscription form on our website.
- Support inquiries: the email address, message text, and any attached files you submit through the contact form or by emailing support@clarusvictoria.com.
We do not collect your name, address, payment details, gameplay achievements, gameplay progress, number of launches, geolocation, microphone or camera data, or any contact information from within our games. Interactive simulations on the website (the "Simulations" section) also do not collect any data. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

- news from Clarus Victoria,

- information about new games and releases.
Your email is stored on our servers in the EU and transmitted to Brevo (France, https://www.brevo.com/) for sending newsletters. It is not shared with any other third parties and is not used for any other purpose.
